Directions from mid Connecticut

Directions to: Applied Chiropractic 895 Arcade Avenue Seekonk, Massachusetts

From mid and northern Connecticut:

Travel east on U.S. Route 6 into Rhode Island. Once you reach the town of Johnston, Rhode Island, take Interstate 295 South, and keep to the right hand lane, as you bear off to the right immediately to remain on U.S. Route 6. As you come into western Providence, follow the signs for 6 East to 10 North. As you drive through the connector from Route 6 to 10 North, stay to the left. Go north on Route6/ Route 10, and follow toward downtown Providence where you take Interstate 95 South. Follow the signs for 6 East to 195. As you enter the traffic flow on Interstate 95 South, move to either of the two left lanes, as the ramp to Interstate 195 East is a two lane left exit. Follow the sign for East 195, 6, Cape Cod.

Take Interstate 195 East to Exit 1, (Route 114A North - Seekonk), the first exit after you pass the Massachusetts/Rhode Island state line. At the end of the exit ramp, at a traffic light, turn left onto Route 114A North. You will pass over the freeway, then through another traffic light at the west bound Interstate 195 entrance and exit ramps. Stay on Route 114A North, and at 0.7 miles, you will come to the next traffic light, at Luther's Corners. Stay on Route 114A through that light, and proceed 0.5 miles, to where Route 114A forms the left arm of a ‘Y' and Arcade Avenue forms the right, straight arm of the ‘Y'.

Go straight, onto Arcade Avenue, crossing Mill Street, and immediately turn left into the parking lot.

Once in the parking lot, you will see the Grist Mill Tavern to your left, the New England Martial Arts Dojo in the red building to your right, and 895 Arcade Avenue, our office, in the white building with the blue door, in the middle. Please enter via the blue door.
